There are two places to view your receipt. Check your email’s inbox that was used to place your order for a receipt and order confirmation. Also, if you created an Account, or already have one, you are able to view past purchases from your Account Dashboard.
We’ll always work to make orders correct. If it is our mistake, we’ll certainly do what it takes to remedy the situation. If there is a major issue while in transit, please contact us and we’ll get things sorted out in good time. If you would like to make a return, please send us an email or give us a call and we’ll start the return and refund process. Thank you!
Absolutely! Occasionally, the demand for our products is more than we anticipated and we’ll run low on stock. If this happens, we’re on it and in touch with our producers to restock the store. Check back later on or the next day and the shelves ought to be full again.
We ship our orders using USPS (US Postal Service) in a flat-rate envelope and work to get orders packed and out the door as fast as possible. We ship on demand as orders arrive and get them in the mail Monday – Friday. The exact time to your door depends on your location and other considerations like weather and time of year. But rest assured, your delicious products will be arriving as soon as possible!
